SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TOWNSHIP OFFICIAL PLAN AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING BY-LAW

RE: PROPOSED ERRC AT 2976 HORSESHOE VALLEY ROAD.

 

**Prepare and oral or written submission to the Township Planning department to oppose the zoning and Official Plan Amendment.

If a person does or a public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Township of Springwater Planning Department, before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Ontario Municipal Board, unless in the opinion of the board, there are grounds to do so.
